Mr. Otim, a youth development expert with 10+ years of experience in skilling initiatives (ILO, BRAC, UNDP & Mastercard Foundation) , TVET specialization and banking (Standard chartered Bank & Barclays Bank), brings valuable expertise for project development. Mr Otim is currently studying skilling spaces in refugee settlements at a doctoral level (Makerere University)
